Hope Of America

This year, Braxtyn's school joined with several other schools throughout Utah to present Utah's Hope of America program.  Nearly 6,000 5th grade students from across the state came together that evening in the Marriott Center, on BYU's campus.  Dressed in red, white, blue, and yellow shirts, together they formed the American Flag, sang, and danced.  This was our first year being involved in this patriotic tribute to America.  It was awesome!  Braxtyn was especially excited, because she was able to be there with her friend, Janika, who attends a school in Lehi.  Although the two weren't able to sit together, just knowing of Janika's presence was a lot of fun for Braxtyn.  The two girls eventually met up, and were very happy to finally see one another.
