On a big screen, positioned just above the pool deck, we were able to watch some of the London 2012 Summer Olympic games. It was a lot of fun!
A couple of the nights, they showed movies on the big screen. Nothing like relaxing in a lounge chair with a thin blanket wrapped over your legs and arms, eating popcorn, and watching a movie.......with an amazing view of the ocean on every side, and star-filled, open sky above!
All of the pools on the ship were filled with filtered water from the ocean. Kind of a unique experience, but quite salty, and definitely on the cool side.
One of our favorite spots after dinner was the family-friendly comedy lounge. There were some very funny comedians on the ship, some of whom had been on HBO, Comedy Central, and even done voices for various movies and commercials.
During a photo shoot on the ship, a photographer had Braxtyn pose with one hand on her hip, and her other hand with the first 2 fingers against her cheek. It was one of the silliest, most ridiculous poses I think I've ever seen! This is Berlyn and I making fun of Brack's pose, and Brack trying to move our fingers from our face. It was pretty funny.
Within minutes of the sun going down, we had a fantastic view of the moon.
These are the cute towel animals that our room staff left on our bed each evening. Next to the animal was an outline of the many activities that were scheduled for the next day.
